Your whole menu, one scan away — with nothing to install.
InSoft Menu gives every restaurant its own address on insoft-menu.com. Guests scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens in their browser: your dishes, your photos, your colours, in their language — and a price you change today is on their screen today.

How it works
Three steps from your printed card to a menu on every phone
You send us the menu. We do the rest — and you keep control of it afterwards.
- 1
We build your menu
Dishes, photos and prices become categories, sizes, add-ons and combos. Offers, allergens and ingredients come along with them.
- 2
You get your own address
yourname.insoft-menu.com goes live with your logo, your three brand colours and the languages you choose. Print it as a QR code for tables, the window and your flyers.
- 3
Guests scan and browse
The menu opens in under a second, in the guest’s own language. They search, save favourites, and can keep it as an icon on their home screen.
What you get
Everything a menu has to do, already built
Not a PDF behind a QR code. A menu that knows about sizes, add-ons, combos, offers, allergens and tax.
Your own subdomain
Every restaurant gets yourname.insoft-menu.com — one short link, one QR code, no app store in between.
Three languages, real RTL
English, German and Arabic. Arabic flips the entire layout right-to-left and switches to an Arabic typeface — not a mirrored patch.
Your brand, not ours
Your logo plus three brand colours drive every button, badge and header — down to the browser theme colour and the install icon.
Categories and sub-categories
Group dishes the way your kitchen thinks. Guests filter with one tap and the list follows instantly.
Instant search
Two letters are enough to find a dish, across every category and in whichever language the guest is reading.
Favourites that stay
A tap on the heart saves a dish. The list is still there on the next visit — regulars go straight to their usual.
Offer slider
A swipeable banner at the top of the menu for the dish of the day, a seasonal set or a new branch opening.
Sizes and add-ons
Small, medium, large; extra cheese, a different sauce. The total recalculates while the guest is still choosing.
Combos, spelled out
Show exactly what is inside a combo — every item, with quantity and photo — before anyone has to ask the waiter.
Offers and discounts
Set a percentage or a new price. The old one stays visible, struck through, under an offer badge that catches the eye.
Ingredients and allergens
List what goes into each dish and flag the allergens, so your staff stop answering the same question twice an hour.
Prices, tax and currency
Net, tax rate and gross per dish, in your currency, displayed the way your country expects to read it.

For your guests
It feels like an app, without being one
No download, no account, no waiting at the table. Just the menu — and it stays fast on café Wi-Fi.
Opens in under a second
Menu data and photos are cached on the phone after the first visit, so coming back is instant even when the signal is thin.
Grid or list, their choice
Guests switch between big photos and a compact list — whichever way they prefer to read a menu.
The full dish, in one sheet
Several photos, the description, what is inside, the allergens and the final price with the options they picked.
Keeps working offline
Once it has loaded, the menu does not go blank when the signal drops in the back corner of the room.
Your identity
One system — and every restaurant still looks like itself
Nothing about the result should say “template”. Each menu is themed from the ground up.
Three brand colours
A primary, a dark shade and an accent. They drive buttons, chips, badges, the header and the offer ribbons.
Logo and app icon
Your logo in the header, your icon on the guest’s home screen, in the browser tab and on the install prompt.
Languages per restaurant
Pick which of the three languages your menu offers. The switcher only ever shows the ones you actually serve.
Your own info page
About the place, address, phone, opening hours, map position and links to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Install and notify
From a QR code on the table to an icon on the home screen
The guests who come back most often should not have to scan anything twice.
Add to home screen
Android and iOS each get the prompt they understand, with your icon and your name. It opens full screen, without a browser bar.
Push notifications
A new offer, a seasonal menu, a new opening — sent straight to the guests who agreed to hear from you.
Always the current menu
Change a price in the back office and the next guest sees it. No reprinting, no stickers over the old number.

Questions
The things restaurants ask us first
If something is missing here, ask us directly — we answer in English, German and Arabic.
Do guests have to install anything?
No. The menu opens in the phone’s browser. Adding it to the home screen is offered to the ones who come back often — it is never required.
Can we choose our own name?
Yes. The subdomain is yours to pick: yourname.insoft-menu.com. Short, easy to say out loud, and it fits on a small QR sticker.
Who keeps the dishes up to date?
You do, from the back office — or we do it for you as part of the setup. Either way the change is live for the next guest who opens the menu.
How does Arabic work?
As a first-class language, not an afterthought: the layout flips right-to-left, the typeface changes to an Arabic one, and dish names, descriptions and categories each carry their own Arabic text.
What if the restaurant Wi-Fi is bad?
The menu caches itself on the phone. After the first load it opens from the device, and only checks for changes in the background.
How long does setup take?
Send us your menu and your photos. In most cases the subdomain is live within a few days, QR code included.
Let us put your menu on every table
Tell us about your place and we will set up your menu, your colours and your QR code.
